Vincent O’Leary a native of Sneem, Kerry, where he resides with his wife Fiona and their young family, qualified in Architectural Technology from DIT Bolton Street. Vincent worked previously for Neil Bennett Architects Limerick, Paul O’Loughlin Architects Dublin and Wilson Architecture Cork before joining B & J Rochford in 2004 and now has over 19 years’ experience in the architecture / construction industry.

Vincent has worked on various medium to large scale developments such as the Great Southern Hotels in Galway and Kerry, Peugeot show rooms in Dublin, Shearwater apartments Kinsale & Ballincollig Town Centre both in Cork and numerous smaller retail, commercial, office, educational and domestic projects throughout the country. Vincent’s main responsibilities at B & J Rochford are the production of design and planning drawings / documentation, carrying out pre-purchase assessments (structural survey) of properties for potential purchasers and the preparation of fire safety and disability access certificate applications for non-domestic buildings. Vincent became the managing director of B & J Rochford in 2012.
