Since being established in 1999, B & J Rochford has been providing a high quality, reliable and cost-effective professional service and has completed numerous commercial, retail and mix use developments. If you are extending / revamping your existing premises or building a new development we have the experience and knowledge required to take your project from concept to completion.

We will work with you on the initial design / layout plans for the development, review business plans and discussing budget costs at feasibility stage. We will work on design proposals, incorporating the requirements of the building regulations and prepare planning, fire safety certificate and disability access certificate applications. We have an excellent working relationship and understanding of the local Authorities, especially Kerry County Council, which is invaluable when submitting these applications.
