The Building Control Regulations 2014 take effect from 1st March 2014 and apply to new buildings, extensions, material alterations and changes of use of buildings. We will guide you through these regulations and outline the statutory and regulatory requirements and obligations relating to starting, certifying, completing and registering a building.
We can prepare tender drawings and specification documents for issue to building contractors / sub-contractors for the purpose of obtaining tender prices. Following successful tender our supervision of the contractors ensures that the work being done on site is carried out to the highest standards.
