James Rochford a native of Killeagh, Cork, moved to Kenmare in 1999, where he resides with his wife Angela and their young family, and established B & J Rochford. James qualified from Trinity College in 1996 with a degree in Engineering and became chartered in 2014. James has previously worked for Bowen Construction as a site agent / engineer on the construction of the Tableting Plant for Warner Lambert, Ringaskiddy, Cork and Donnybrook Business Park, Cork.
James was the Drainage engineer for Val Tobin Civil Engineering on the Sisk / Ascon joint venture of the construction of the Balbriggan bypass, Dublin. James’s main responsibilities at B & J Rochford are site supervision / construction management, measuring boundaries and marking legal maps, expert witness / legal reports, feasibility studies, renewable energies and Building Energy Rating (BER) certificate validation.
