We carry out our own digital surveys of properties to enable us to produce accurate & detailed level surveys. It is essential as part of the site assessment and site specific wastewater treatment system designs that contours and levels are recorded and must be submitted as part of the planning application.

Our surveying equipment is regularly used to accurately record rights of way, existing boundaries and set out new boundaries for land subdivision. It can also be used when preparing property registration maps / lease maps and for calculating land areas, which is particularly useful when dealing with large featureless racks of land.
