We can prepare tender drawings and specification documents for issue to building contractors / sub-contractors for the purpose of obtaining tender prices. Following successful tender our supervision of the contractors ensures that the work being done on site is carried out to the highest standards.
We will manage the tender process, answer any queries that contractors or their Quantity Surveyors may have and if necessary organise site visits / inspections with them. On return of their prices we will review these, making sure they are correct and guide you in the selection of a preferred contractor. Once selected we can confirm the details and arrange the signing of contracts between you and the appointed contractor.
The project now moves on site and construction stage. The level and frequency of our site visits /inspections depends on the nature and scale of a project and the phase of construction underway. During these inspections we ensure that the project is being built in accordance with the Building Regulations, Planning Permission and where applicable Fire Safety and Disability Access Certificates. During construction we can if required issue stage payments for mortgage drawdowns and on completion issue Certificates of Compliance with Building Regulations and Planning Permission as applicable.
